After four and a half years of wrongful conviction, institutional sabotage, ignored complaints, and brutal silence—I’ve taken my case to Strasbourg.
On 29 May 2025, I officially submitted my application to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), seeking accountability for multiple violations of my fundamental rights under the European Convention on Human Rights:
Article 3 – Inhumane and degrading treatment
Article 6 – Denial of a fair trial
Article 8 – Violation of private and family life
Article 13 – Lack of effective remedy
Article 14 – Discrimination
This is no longer just about my conviction. This is about exposing a system that protects itself at the cost of the innocent.

⚖️ Why This Matters
For years, I was denied access to justice in the UK:
Probation officers distorted evidence and erased my complaints.
The Court of Appeal ignored my request for judgment for 2.5 years.
My contact with my son was erased without due process.
At every step, the institutions shielded each other. They closed the door—and now I’m opening a new one.
