🎭 A Judicial Disappearance That Can’t Be Ignored
On 13 July 2021, I stood before what I believed was a Crown Court committed to justice. I presented my letter. I asked for help. I asked for time. I believed — perhaps foolishly — that the system would hear me out.
Instead, something darker unfolded.
The judge who presided over my hearing that day — who made pivotal rulings, allowed fabricated charges, and helped the CPS rewrite reality — was His Honour Judge Shetty. I saw him. I addressed him. He was there.
But when I later received the official court transcripts, his name was gone.
In his place, listed as the presiding judge: Recorder Sasha Wass KC.
That’s when I knew.
They weren’t just burying evidence.
They were burying people.
🧨 Why This Matters
This wasn’t a clerical error.
This was a deliberate falsification of court records.
A sitting Crown Court judge — who allowed serious abuses to occur in real time — was erased from the official history of my case.
In his place, a decoy. A name never present. A judicial ghostwriter for a rigged script.
This is not how justice works in a free country.
This is how it works in broken regimes — where outcomes are pre-written and records are manipulated to match the agenda.

Mr. David Burgess, my defence barrister, presented it.

Nicholas Alexander, CPS prosecutor, agreed with my concerns.

HHJ Shetty, not Sasha Wass, presided — and ultimately overruled my plea.

The transcript I received says it was Recorder Sasha Wass KC who presided.
Yet every moment of that hearing — every word, every decision, every denial of justice — came from HHJ Shetty’s bench.
That transcript is a lie.
It’s not just a paperwork error. It’s a forged record designed to:
