🚨 The Tag on My Ankle: How the Home Office Keeps Me Bound

By Marius Anton | TruthReclaimed.org

⚖️ I Served My Time. But I Am Not Free.

On paper, I was released on 1 April 2025.

“They say it’s supervision, but it’s surveillance. There is no evidence this reduces crime — only that it destroys dignity.”
Summary of Public Law Project report, 2022

In reality, I walk with a shackle strapped to my ankle—a GPS tag issued by the Home Office. They call it “monitoring.” I call it what it feels like: humiliation, surveillance, and a constant reminder that, in this system, you’re never truly free—even after prison.

The GPS tag beeps sometimes without warning. It rubs against my skin. It limits where I can go, who I can see, and how I rebuild my life. Every step I take is tracked. Every minute accounted for. Not because I pose a threat—but because I dared to fight back against a lie.

🔗 What the Tag Really Means

The tag is not about safety. It’s about control.

I live with constant restrictions.
I cannot leave the city freely.
I must report every Sunday.
I must sleep where I’m told, even if it’s temporary accommodation without support.
And I must wear this device like a digital leash.

They claim it’s “standard procedure.”
But nothing about my case is standard.

🧠 Psychological Chains

You see the plastic.
You don’t see the shame.
You don’t feel the anxiety of being watched 24/7.
You don’t hear the internal voice that whispers, “They can recall you anytime.”

I wear trousers in summer. I avoid crowded places. I feel judged before I speak. This isn’t rehabilitation. It’s perpetual punishment.

📢 Why I’m Speaking Out

Because too many stay silent.

Because people think release means freedom.
Because some believe the tag equals guilt.
Because I refuse to let a device define my worth.

This post is for everyone wearing a GPS tag who shouldn’t be.
It’s for those trying to rebuild but being dragged back every step.
It’s for the ones treated like criminals for wanting to live.

💥 The Fight Continues

I will keep speaking.
I will keep publishing.
I will keep reclaiming my truth—tag or not.

They can track my location.
But they can’t track my strength.
And they’ll never track my silence—because I refuse to give it.

🛑 To the Home Office:
I am not your property.
I am not your fear project.
And one day soon, I will walk—truly free.
