The Judge Who Vanished: How They Hid the Real Ruler of My Trial

🎭 A Judicial Disappearance That Can’t Be Ignored

On 13 July 2021, I stood before what I believed was a Crown Court committed to justice. I presented my letter. I asked for help. I asked for time. I believed — perhaps foolishly — that the system would hear me out.

Instead, something darker unfolded.

The judge who presided over my hearing that day — who made pivotal rulings, allowed fabricated charges, and helped the CPS rewrite reality — was His Honour Judge Shetty. I saw him. I addressed him. He was there.

But when I later received the official court transcripts, his name was gone.

In his place, listed as the presiding judge: Recorder Sasha Wass KC.

That’s when I knew.

They weren’t just burying evidence.
They were burying people.

🧨 Why This Matters

This wasn’t a clerical error.

This was a deliberate falsification of court records.
A sitting Crown Court judge — who allowed serious abuses to occur in real time — was erased from the official history of my case.
In his place, a decoy. A name never present. A judicial ghostwriter for a rigged script.

This is not how justice works in a free country.
This is how it works in broken regimes — where outcomes are pre-written and records are manipulated to match the agenda.

🔒 The Real Events of 13 July 2021:

• I submitted a formal letter requesting time to prepare, citing loss of counsel and suppressed evidence.

• Mr. David Burgess, my defence barrister, presented it.

• Nicholas Alexander, CPS prosecutor, agreed with my concerns.

• HHJ Shetty, not Sasha Wass, presided — and ultimately overruled my plea.

• He allowed:

  • A rushed, all-in-one hearing

  • A false allegation of “anal rape” triggered by my letter’s content

  • Suppression of evidence against DA, PB, and Alina

  • Judicial fabrication involving Mr. Gavin Glossop

But none of this would be traceable — because HHJ Shetty was scrubbed from the record.

🧾 The Transcript Doesn’t Match the Truth

The transcript I received says it was Recorder Sasha Wass KC who presided.
Yet every moment of that hearing — every word, every decision, every denial of justice — came from HHJ Shetty’s bench.

That transcript is a lie.

It’s not just a paperwork error. It’s a forged record designed to:

• Prevent complaints

• Shield a judge from scrutiny

• Obstruct my appeal

• Conceal the role of judicial collusion

Because the truth doesn’t go away — even when they try to erase it.

You can falsify a document.
But you cannot falsify memory, presence, and witnesses.

I am calling this what it is:

Judicial identity fraud.
Procedural corruption.
And an act of institutional dishonesty designed to uphold a conviction built on lies.

• The CPS fabricated charges based on my own plea for help.

• My evidence was blocked, deleted, or used against me.
