Who I Am — And What Really Happened

I’m not a criminal. I’ve never stalked anyone. I’m someone who saw a situation unfolding and chose to act responsibly. But the moment I spoke up, the roles reversed. The police distorted my report, invented a narrative, and built a case against me — all from my own calls for help.

When the same individual appeared outside my flat during a private gathering, I called the police again. Days later, I was summoned to Kidderminster Police Station and placed on remand. That wasn’t justice. It was damage control.

What Happens When Reporting a Crime Becomes One?

In March 2024, I did what any responsible citizen would do: I saw something suspicious and called the police. That moment should have marked the beginning of a proper investigation. Instead, it triggered a nightmare — one where I became the accused, not the witness.

The police twisted my report, fabricated a narrative, and built a case against me using my own calls for help. When the same individual reappeared outside my home, I called again. Days later, I was thrown on remand. Justice wasn’t served — it was buried.

Manufactured Orders, Silenced Truth

While in custody, the system moved swiftly. A Stalking Protection Order was issued — out of time, unsupported by facts, and never questioned. I was labelled a threat, despite being the one trying to de-escalate and report. Every attempt to speak the truth was treated as disruption. The more evidence I provided, the harder they worked to suppress it.

Transcript Fraud and Audio Suppression

At Maple House on 25–26 March 2024, the hearing transcript was manipulated — over 80 redactions and formatting distortions stripped it of its truth. I demanded the original audio. Denied. Every authority involved — from HMCTS to the Ministry of Justice — refused to release it.

Even my legal calls were recorded after I exposed misconduct. The courtroom became a theatre, and I was cast as the villain in a play I never auditioned for.

Institutional Failure by Design

The Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC), tasked with preventing miscarriages of justice, became another barrier. Despite full access to my documentation, they dodged calls, ignored letters, and offered evasive responses. The Ministry of Justice, too, failed to act — even when presented with hard evidence of transcript fraud and false representation.

This wasn’t a system failing by accident. It failed by design.

The Reckoning — Europe Is Watching

My case is now submitted to the European Court of Human Rights. The documentation includes:

• A full breakdown of transcript manipulation
• Proof of audio suppression
• Direct correspondence with HMCTS, MoJ, and CCRC
• A formal declaration disqualifying UK authorities from acting as a lawful remedy

This is no longer just about my name. It’s a case study in how institutional corruption hides behind procedure.

Then it can happen to anyone. If calling the police, asking for help, or speaking up leads to false conviction, imprisonment, and silence — then no one is safe.

My case exposes the machinery. But it also proves that truth — when documented, preserved, and fearlessly told — is a weapon. And that weapon is now in the public’s hands.
