๐Ÿšจ TP01: The Arrest That Launched a Lie

๐Ÿ“… Date: 28 November 2020
๐Ÿ‘ค Accuser: DA (my wife)
๐Ÿ“Œ Turning Point: The moment the machinery of false allegations began

๐Ÿ“ž The 999 Call That Changed My Life

On 28 November 2020, I was arrested following a 999 call made by my wife โ€” referred to throughout this case as DA. That phone call, and the false narrative it carried, triggered a chain reaction that ultimately led to my conviction.

This wasn’t just the beginning of my legal nightmare. It was the first page in a script written with fabricated claims, legal omissions, and procedural violations โ€” all rubber-stamped by the system.

โš–๏ธ Count 2: No Time, No Truth

One of the key charges brought against me was Count 2: Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm. But hereโ€™s the problem โ€” it had no time of offence listed in the indictment.

When I asked my solicitor how we were supposed to defend against a charge with no timestamp, he replied:

โ€œShe can say it happened anytime.โ€

That statement alone shows how broken the process was.

Under Article 6(3)(a) of the European Convention on Human Rights, I had the right to be:

โ€œinformed promptly, in a language which he understands and in detail, of the nature and cause of the accusation.โ€

But how can you prepare a defence if โ€œanytimeโ€ is the prosecution’s timeline?

๐Ÿ•’ CRIS Report vs. Court Testimony: A Timeline Torn Apart

After months of pushing for disclosure, I obtained the CRIS (Crime Reporting Information System) record via a Subject Access Request.

  • The alleged assault was logged by police at 13:00

  • Yet in court, DA testified the event occurred after 21:00, after she picked me up from Surbiton Station

This isnโ€™t just a discrepancy โ€” itโ€™s a direct contradiction between:

  • What the official police record says, and

  • What the complainant told the court under oath

Still, no judge intervened. No prosecutor corrected. The system just looked away.

๐Ÿ–ผ๏ธ Five Days Later: A Bruise, A Story, A Setup?

DA also claimed she submitted photos of her bruises to PC Nelson. But those were provided five days after the alleged incident.

Why not immediately?
Why no contemporaneous medical report?
Why no forensic validation?

This timeline alone raises serious doubt. It strongly suggests the photos may have been staged, manipulated, or simply fabricated โ€” after the fact โ€” to support a pre-scripted allegation.

โš ๏ธ The System Knew โ€” And Did Nothing

Despite these glaring contradictions and legal deficiencies, the prosecution moved forward. The court allowed a charge with no fixed time to proceed.

I was denied the ability to:

This isnโ€™t just a flaw. Itโ€™s a fundamental breach of justice.

๐Ÿงฉ The Pattern Begins

This was the first turning point in my case โ€” and the start of a clear pattern:

  • ๐Ÿ’ฅ Prosecutorial misconduct

  • ๐Ÿงƒ Evidential contradictions ignored

  • โš–๏ธ Judicial indifference to basic rights

If this kind of case can proceed in a courtroom without a timestamp or scrutiny, then no one is safe. Not me. Not you. Not your son. Not your brother.

๐Ÿ”— This is TP01 โ€” the moment I entered the system that was never interested in the truth.
