Refund and Returns Policy

At Truth Reclaimed, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In the original packaging (where applicable).

  • Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as:

    • Digital downloads (eBooks, PDFs, or reports).

    • Gift cards.

    • Items marked as β€œfinal sale.”

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at contact@truthreclaimed.org.

4. Shipping Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be reimbursed.

  • Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
