Even the European Court Refused to Listen — But I Will Still Speak
By Marius Anton | TruthReclaimed.org
🧱 Justice Wasn’t Designed for People Like Me
On 20 January 2023, I submitted my case to the European Court of Human Rights.
It wasn’t a complaint out of frustration.
It was the culmination of four years of silence, suppression, abuse, and systemic betrayal by the UK legal system.
I believed, like so many others, that Europe would listen if Britain would not.
But on 7 September 2023, the Court issued its decision:
“The application is inadmissible… manifestly ill-founded.”
They never even gave me a hearing.
⚖️ The Truth About the System
What I’ve learned — painfully and completely — is this:
They don’t listen to your pain.
They look for paperwork.
You can survive police corruption, prosecutorial manipulation, a biased judge, a lawyer who won’t defend you, even a probation officer who treats you like a threat.
But if your case doesn’t fit their boxes, it gets thrown out.
Not because you’re wrong.
But because the system doesn’t know how to process your truth.
📄 What I Told Europe — and What They Ignored
I told them a Home Office officer told me to kill myself.
I told them I was refused the right to submit evidence in custody — not once, but twice.
I told them the police officer who arrested me was the personal contact of my accuser.
I told them I was convicted based on coached and manipulated statements, and stripped of my right to family life, housing, and freedom.
And they said:
“There is no appearance of a violation.”
🔥 I’m Not Ashamed — They Should Be
I am not embarrassed by this rejection.
I’m proud I stood before them with truth in my hands.
They didn’t reject me.
They rejected their own duty to human rights.
🗣️ So I Will Still Speak
I’ll speak here — where no single judge can shut me down with two pages and a signature.
I’ll speak through my blog, my documents, my records, my story.
And one day, my son will read every word and know that his father never gave up.
The European Court refused to listen.
But you are listening now.
And so are thousands of others.
And that’s enough for me to keep going.
